Rates include electricity, water, heating, dishes, bed & bath linens, towels, soap, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, safe, WLAN, Sat-TV, BBQ in co-use, car / bicycle parking.

Local tax of 2.10€ – A supplement which get paid per person / per night is requested and tax-exemptions for children under 14-years are provided.

The Suedtirol Guest Pass can be used all year round and is included with every booking!

Since 2022 we have an electric charging station for your e-car!

 

Short-term stays:

Due to extra efforts on final cleaning service (bed & bath linens changing) short-term stays from 1-3 nights include a 15% surcharge. The Price will be rounded on full euros. Thank in advance for your understanding.

Cleaning:

The final cleaning is not included in the price and is € 55.00 at the departure.

On request you can have your apartment cleaned, but we have to charge € 30.00 for each extra cleaning.

Booking & Deposit:

For a valid booking confirmation we require a previous deposit of 30% of the total amount. After your request we will send you our bank details via email.

Restpayment:

The rest of the payment is made directly upon departure. When paid in cash, you will receive a bottle of wine or sparkling wine of your choice as a small thank you.

Booking conditions:

NO FEE IS CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CONFIRMED ARRIVAL DATE

– Cancellation within 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount

– Cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 60% of the total amount

– Cancellation after the 7^th day prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount
